About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, such as email, chat, and social media. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Note: This role is for Sisters only.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries promptly through various channels such as email, chat, and Chatwoot, ensuring a timely and courteous response.
  • Proficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, assisting them in understanding product features, resolving concerns, and optimising their experience.
  • Utilize tools like Canny to gather customer feedback systematically, submitting valuable insights for product improvement and refinement.
  • Act as the representative of the customer within the organisation, advocating for their needs and preferences to ensure the product aligns with and delivers value to its target audience.

Requirements

Educational

  • A High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

Expertise

  • Self-driven, Motivated and Goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and patient demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to have

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.

Salary

120-200 BDT per hour (Depending on expertise)
