How do I recover my lost data or fix sync issues?
We understand how frustrating it can be to lose your data or experience sync issues. May Allah make it easy for you. Please follow the steps below to recover your data and resolve any sync-related issues:
- First export your current Library data as an emergency backup
- Go to the library
- Tap on the export/import icon at the top
- Export library as backup
- Try this quick fix:
- Go to Settings
- Sign out
- Sign back in using the same email you used to create your account
- Open Account Settings and try troubleshooting options
- If the problem continues:
- Import your earlier exported backup file
- Email the exported file to contact@gtaf.org with the subject “Data loss: Facing sync issues”. Also, mention the email address linked to your Quran app account.
Tip: Always export your data as a backup before changing phones or signing out.
Note: Sometimes sync issues happen when your login expires. We’re working hard to resolve these issues.
