Product Manager
From Intention
to Action
Greentech Apps Foundation (GTAF) is a UK-based charity that walks alongside Muslims, helping them build the knowledge, habits, and support needed to live for the sake of Allah.
Do better than yesterday ✨♻️
We measure ourselves against who we were yesterday, not against each other. We keep learning, refining, and simplifying how we work: progress over perfection, always moving forward.
Make the team win 💬 🙌
We speak up early with ideas and concerns. We put team success above individual credit. We share what we know and show up for each other, on both team and personal goals.
Solve within constraints 💡⛰️
We treat limits as the brief, not the barrier. Time, budget, or scope: we find the smartest path within them, not around them. Creativity shows up most when the constraints are real.
Do before you're asked 🖐️👣
We don't wait for a task to land in our inbox. We spot what's needed and move on it, anticipating problems before they become someone else's fire to put out.
Become the user 👥 💚
We don't guess what users need. We put ourselves in their shoes. We use our own products the way real users do, and let their problems shape our work.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering impactful products that align with organisational goals and delight users. You will collaborate closely with the Product Lead to define the roadmap, conduct customer discovery, and translate insights into clear requirements and measurable success metrics. Your work will involve engaging directly with the community, analysing performance data, and optimising the product based on feedback and analytics. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure smooth execution, effective communication, and high adoption of new features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes full ownership of their product area, and is passionate about creating meaningful, user-focused solutions.

- Communication & Enablement: Partner with stakeholders to ensure features are clearly communicated, well-documented, and easy to adopt.
- Measurement & Optimisation: Monitor product performance using analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Use tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel to track key metrics, improve adoption, and guide product decisions.
- Experimentation & Validation: Design and run A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses before full rollout, and decide what to scale, iterate on, or retire based on the outcomes.
- Content & Community Support: Support creation of public-facing feature explainers and other resources that help users get the most from the product.
- Ownership & Proactivity: Take full responsibility for your product area by proactively identifying challenges, driving solutions, and following through to successful outcomes.
