About the Role

You will play a key role in enhancing the ways people learn their deen. You’ll shape the product’s future and how it helps our users to be engaged in active learning. You’ll bring in ideas, validate and prioritise them and run experiments.

Goals & Responsibilities

  • Achieve a 20% increase in weekly engagement time.
  • Improve D7 retention by 2%.
  • Experiment and learn from both quantitative and qualitative product data.
  • Share experiment results and findings with the stakeholders.
  • Work with the Product Lead to define and prioritise the product roadmap in alignment with organisational goals and user needs.
  • Spend a significant amount of time in product discovery [understanding users’ needs, analysing competitors and market trends]
  • Work with the product designers and engineers to bring in a compelling solution to the problems.
  • Work with the team to ensure the smooth execution of the product strategies. And making sure to have clear requirements and success metrics.
  • Make the stakeholders aligned with the goals and strategies.
  • Support marketing teams for the successful execution of their Go-to-Market strategies.

Educational

  • BSc/MSc or equivalent degree (preferably in Computer Science)

Good to have

  • Have completed a course on Product Management
  • Good sense of attention to detail
  • Good UI/UX sense
  • Experience working in a team

Salary

69,000 – 81,000 BDT per month
