About the Role
You’ll improve our app release frequency by cutting release times to one-third. Your work will enable our users to have a complete, error-free learning experience. You will help improve the efficiency of the team’s process and reduce the manual labour time in testing.
Goals & Responsibilities
- Reduce release time to one-third.
- Reduce the Change Failure Rate to 1%.
- Build and maintain the full CI/CD Pipeline (Mobile and Web platforms).
- Automate operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure automated builds, tests, and deployments run smoothly.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimise build times.
- Manage test environments and deployment processes.
- Write and maintain automated tests as features are developed.
- Ensure 80% test coverage.
- Coordinate with developers on testable code practices.

- You are always learning new things and often delve into complex stuff like Linux or Operating systems.
- You always look for things to automate and improve efficiency.
- You can work with the team to make their process faster.
- You can find creative ways to optimise and automate CI/CD pipelines.
- You are agitated when a bug goes undetected.
- You have experience in working with CI/CD Pipelines [Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Jenkins or any other tools]
Educational
- BSc/MSc or equivalent degree in Computer Science
Good to have
- Have written test automations before.
- Experience in building AI Agents
- Experience in working with Bitrise or similar mobile DevOps platforms.
Salary
58,000 – 73,000 BDT per month
