Our Team at University College London (UCL), London

Alhamdulillah, the event at University College London (UCL) on 6th November was an amazing experience. It was orgahised by FOSIS (Federation Of Student Islamic Societies).
The event was filled with excitement, productive conversations, and new opportunities for growth. Our UK Outreach & Event Coordinator, Brother Hasib Bin Saleh and a volunteer brother joined there.
A Busy and Welcoming Stall
By the grace of Allah, our stall quickly became one of the busiest at the event. From the very start, it attracted a lot of attention. Throughout the day, people from different backgrounds and fields came to visit us.
Many students were curious to know more about our work and mission. Several expressed interest in joining our team, while others asked about internship and volunteer opportunities. This showed how much our work connects with the student community.

Building Partnerships
Collaboration was one of the main highlights of the event. We had valuable discussions with visitors who shared fresh and creative ideas for working together. One attendee was especially interested in having us develop their app in the future, inshaAllah.
The app we created for Ummah Welfare Trust (UWT) also caught a lot of attention. Many visitors were impressed by its design, features, and the positive impact it has made.
Warm Feedback and Appreciation
The event had a lively and positive atmosphere. Many people appreciated our vision and the work we are doing. It was encouraging to hear their feedback and to connect with so many like-minded individuals.
This was not only a chance to showcase what we have achieved but also a great opportunity to build future partnerships. A representative from FOSIS even praised our efforts and took our contact details to discuss possible future collaborations.
Looking Ahead
We are truly grateful to Allah for the success of this event and the opportunities it brought. The relationships we built and the ideas we received will help us expand our reach and make a greater impact, in sha Allah.
With this positive momentum, we look forward to turning these connections into meaningful projects in the near future.
