Greentech Apps Foundation (GTAF) is a UK-based charity with a vision to “Bring people closer to Allah”. We aim to help Muslims better understand Islam.
With the vision and mission in mind, we have been focused on building user-friendly mobile applications since our journey began in 2015.

Our Mission
Alhamdulillah, we now have 10+ apps, millions of users, and more than 20 motivated team members. Alongside our favourite flagship app, Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word), we have apps for hadith Collection, Dua and Seerah. We're continually enhancing our apps to help Muslims get better every day.
Debut App
Being initiated by two motivate young men, We released our debut app, Dua & Zikr (Hisnul Muslim), in June and reached a remarkable 10,000+ installs in just under four months.
Flagship App
We released our flagship app, Al Quran (Tafsir & by word), hoping to inspire and educate Muslims globally, Alhamdulillah!
7 Apps
We reached a milestone of 7 apps, including the Hadith Collection, Dua & Zikr, Salat, etc. These collectively skyrocketed to an overwhelming 200,000+ total app installs.
Registered as Non-Profit Charity
We registered the Greentech Apps Foundation as a non-profit charity in the UK. Quran app install reached the 1M+ milestone while also being available on the App Store.
2 Million Installs
Our total app installs reached more than 2 million. We launched the Taskinator App on Android to arrange your daily routine with Islam, family, work and personal tasks.
Quran Memoriser App
Our Co-Founder joined full-time to expand the team! Al Quran Memoriser app was released to make the Quran memorising process smoother.
Cross-Platform
To facilitate our goal, we deployed our Quran app on macOS. We released our Hadith collection app for iOS and macOS as well.
Team Expansion
Our team has become more than 20 people! We launched two new apps Seerah and Deen Quiz. We integrated new platforms for better user support.
Continuing Mission
Launched Al Quraner Vasha App, SearchDeen.com, Greentech Apps Limited (GTAL), Zakat Calculator, and GTAF resource website. We also organised our team.
