About the Role

You will play an essential role in building and maintaining apps with millions of users worldwide. You will work closely with clients and PMs to understand what they need and deliver the product upgrades with quality standards.

Goals & Responsibilities

• Maintain the release schedule with a below 10% change failure rate.
• Achieve a consistent velocity improvement, sprint to sprint.
• Collaborate with other developers in the team to maintain and add functionality to the existing apps and projects.
• Take at least one tech wealth initiative every quarter.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to provide technical analysis of the product initiatives and hypotheses.
• Be up to date with the latest advancements in the relevant technical fields.
• Constantly work on improving the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Design, architect, and implement the full software systems.
• Maintain technical standards throughout the project.
• Improve the efficiency of the team.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• You have proficiency in working with Dart and Flutter.
• You have implemented the best practices of state management (e.g. using Redux, Provider, Riverpod, or similar tools)
• You have built at least one software product end-to-end.
• You have experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• You always look for ways to improve the performance of the application.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You have strong communication skills for clear documentation and knowledge sharing.

Good to Have

• Experience in marketing faith-based or education apps.
• Experience with memory management, battery optimisation, and offline support.
• Working and communicating directly with clients.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Experience with mobile CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in working with or deploying iOS apps to the App Store

Salary

80,000 – 95,000 BDT per month
